The challan being issued on simple piece of paper and not on authorized departmental papers in Srinagar has become latest violation committed by the traffic department personal in the Srinagar city. A commuter namely Sahil Ahmad while talking to the Kashmir News Bureau stated that he was issued challan on the simple paper without any validation on it. He further stated that he had all the documents but scanned and despite all his pleas the deaf ears of cop had no answers for him. Pertinently , he had been issued this challan at Iqbal park. Despite our repeated attempts to call traffic SSP Tahir Saleem he could not be reached. (KNB)
